Tom and Frank are the best! So glad we went with their family business rather than a big corporate entity when it came time to purchase a stair lift for my mother-in-law. Friendly, no-pressure sales call. A promise of customer service and support on which they continue to deliver. After installation, when my mother-in-law thought the chair was making a bit too much noise, a technician came the day after to grease the track. Six months later, when the chair became stuck, we called after regular business hours and both Frank and Tom called back that same night. Tom came the next morning with his usual friendly demeanor and humor and fixed the issue in short order. Best of all, my mother-in-law is happy with the chair and uses it always.
